Lab Testing:

Lab testing is a mandatory and integral part of the chelation therapy process. It is needed to medically clear you for and monitor the chelation therapy process. Although chelation therapy isn’t normally covered by conventional healthcare insurance carriers, lab testing may be covered if you meet diagnostic criteria, depending on your particular insurance. We can aid in that process and provide diagnostic ICD-10 codes in those cases, which may result in no out-of-pocket costs for lab testing. However, should insurance coverage not be an option, we have arranged very competitive pricing with reference and specialty laboratories. Our network of laboratories used includes Quest Labs, DoctorsData, and Ultalabs, but we will consider client preferences where possible. The following is our cash pricing for common lab tests our providers order:

Initial Onboard Panel (Cbc, Cmp, Urinalysis, G6PD, Mthfr Screen, Random Urine Metals Screen)

$149.00

Follow-Up Monitoring Panel (CBC, CMP)

$30.00

Random Urine Toxic Metals

$49.00

Pre and Post Provocation Challenge Urine Toxic Metals

$90.00

Cleerly Heart Scan (Physician Component)

$750.00

Toxic Metal Urine Challenge

This may be recommended and/or required at the time of your consultation to document the toxic metal burden and/or toxicity. This test requires an IV “challenge,” where a chelator (e.g., edta and dmps) is given in an IV, provoking your organs to mobilize and release hidden toxic metals retained in your tissues (bone, liver, kidneys, and other organs). Urine is then collected for several hours, and the results are analyzed, helping your provider at times formulate and guide your treatment plan. This testing would be done at your chelationdoctors affiliate center, where you will be getting your treatments as a nurse has to do the procedure. The pricing is therefore twofold: the chelationdoctors component is listed, and the affiliate center will also bill for the nurse visit and procedure.

Lab component: $225.00

Clinic component: $90.00

In addition, there are a host of other ancillary tests that your provider may recommend and that, at times, may be needed. Your provider may advise you on these options, which all have your ultimate wellness in mind. These may include:

Ultrasound studies (e.g., carotids, abdominal aorta)

CleerlyHealth CT angiogram

EKG

Chest Xray

(You will have the opportunity to discuss ancillary testing with your provider during your consultation.)
