1. See If You Qualify
Everything begins with our “See If You Qualify” questionnaire. Once submitted, our team of A.C.A.M.-trained physicians carefully reviews your health history and risk factors to determine whether chelation therapy may be safe and beneficial for you. You’ll receive an email response, often the same day, with guidance on your next steps.
2. Lab Testing & Assessment

If you’re a candidate, the next step is comprehensive lab testing.
We use the convenience of Quest Laboratories for required onboarding and monitoring lab testing, and when necessary, specialty labs like Doctors Data, among others.
Depending on your individual case, your physician may recommend additional diagnostic tools such as a challenge urine test for a more precise evaluation of your toxic metal burden.
These results give us a complete picture of your body’s toxic load, cardiovascular health, and organ function.

3. Telemedicine Consultation

You will meet with one of our physicians, usually via a secure telemedicine consultation, although our physicians do hold clinic at some of our affiliate centers and may be available for an in-person consult. During this visit, your doctor will.
Review your test results in detail
Discuss findings related to toxic elements, cardiovascular risks, or detoxification needs
Answer your questions and provide clear guidance
Design a personalized infusion plan, including treatment frequency and supporting therapies

4. Customized Treatment Orders
After your consultation, our physicians create a custom treatment order based on your results and health goals. From here:
We connect you with one of our affiliate chelation clinics or in-home service providers.
Your chosen provider will deliver the therapy according to Chelation Doctors’ orders.
All logistics — including scheduling, fees, and medication stocking — are managed directly by the affiliate clinic.
Our team continues to receive updates from your provider, ensuring continuity of care throughout your treatment journey.
